JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Key accountabilities:
Interact with customers, identify & log queries, resolve complaints and escalate, if necessary; with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes
Ensure that all unresolved cases / queries are allocated to the respective areas
Release and verify funds across a variety of systems used by the department (for selective roles only)
Identify potential loss situations promptly, escalating to the relevant areas to minimise the risk to the business and the customer
Adhere to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specified by the client / process
Ensure adherence to time schedules
Adhere to organisation-wide information security policies & procedures and ensure that risk is proactively managed.
Assist the Team Manager / Process Expert in the administration of the workflow, including organising workflow, queue management and query resolution
Technical skills and competencies:
Excellent communication skills
High customer focus and ability to address customer needs effectively
